The relative risk of hyperlactatemia was compared for a number of
regimens to zidovudine and 3TC.1
Again, all of the d4T regimens had an increased relative risk
associated with them.
These data seem to suggest an increased risk of hyperlactatemia
from d4T-containing regimens.
